After verifying authenticity, each watch is opened and carefully inspected by our skilled watchmaker. The watchmaker assesses whether servicing is needed and ensures the watch meets our high technical standards. We’ve implemented multiple checkpoints to guarantee the right technical condition of the timepiece.
We ship using FedEx International Priority, with delivery typically taking 1-2 business days. Please note that customs processing or seasonal peaks may affect shipping times.

For all online purchases we have a 14 day return policy. Return costs are covered by GenZ Watches. Be mindful that this is different when purchasing a watch in our lounge.

While we can’t guarantee waterproofing on vintage watches (unless we say so in writing), our warranty protects against mechanical issues—not water or moisture damage. Please note that the warranty doesn’t apply to accidental damage, mishandling, or parts like the bracelet, case components (like pushers, crown, and bezel), glass, dial, or hands.
Our warranty does not cover water or moisture damage. We can only guarantee water resistance when described in the product listing. We recommend avoiding swimming or showering with your watch, even if factory specifications suggest it's possible—remember, these are pre-owned timepieces.
