For the people who do not know, here is my 'inside story':

03-07-2025:

GenZ Watches started as a collaboration with another experienced and well-known watch dealer partner. However recent conversations have changed the situation and the company will be a solo operation from now onwards. This was a personal decision, from my side. Over the last years I started working more and more on watches, lots of watchmaking. I recently certified as a watchmaker and I was still working in full-time sales then. Something in me just wants to do more working in watches, so I struggled with my time. Having to work on watches late in the evening got a bit annoying, since you need full attention... So this is my plan, balancing between watchmaking and selling watches, but I am not sure what that balance will be exactly. Therefore I am taking some time off (probably until the end of August) to make up my mind and prepare for a new chapter in my life. Just taking the car out in Europe, going camping and having a good think. Back to the basics..

I would like to thank everyone that has been supportive of GenZ and I am very proud to say that we have already sold over 70 watches since November 2024!! That is huge to me. Looking forward to do more business in the future. In the meantime you can find me on Instagram, or on one of Europe's beautiful beaches. ;)
